Construction is continuing to move along wonderfully at Parallel Towns!
We were excited to welcome home some of the first Parallel Towns residents in early Autumn – a milestone that we have been looking forward to since the start of construction in Waterdown!
Framing is complete in all townhome blocks, while insulation and electrical and plumbing rough ins are nearing completion.
As we approach the closing dates of many other homes in the community, interior finishing including drywall, trim work, kitchen installations and flooring positioning is well underway throughout many of the townhome blocks.
