Gateway is a community of 14 condominium townhouses with stone accented exteriors and a terrific streetscape.  Gateway Towns was a new marketing concept for the then New Horizon Homes.  “Our idea was to first construct the 14 homes to a point where we completely finished the exteriors of the homes, including all the grass, paved driveways, sprinkler systems, and neighbourhood perimeter fencing while still leaving the insides flexible for the new homeowners.  This allowed our clients to have the home they want without dealing with incomplete exteriors once they have moved in”, said New Horizon president Jeff Paikin.
