When we created Utopia, we aspired to create a community that would take our commitment to sustainability to the next level. With this goal in mind, sustainable building was at the forefront of every step in the planning and design process by working through the LEED Gold certification standards.
This month we achieved a milestone that brings this vision to reality – Utopia’s solar panel installation is officially complete! This milestone will continue to make a difference for generations to come, and brings us one step closer to our goal of achieving LEED Gold certification – something we can all be proud of.
