The 2020 West End Home Builder’s Association (WE HBA) Awards of Distinction were presented this past Saturday, November 13th, live and in-person for the first time since the onset of covid-19.

These awards recognize outstanding contributions and achievements in the local home building industry.

New Horizon Development Group was thrilled to be recognized with the award for the following categories: 

  1. Best Condominium Concept, under 750 square feet – Bridgewater Residences
  2. Best Condominium Concept, 750 – 1,200 square feet – Bridgewater Residences
  3. Best New Bathroom in a Mid/High Rise – Bridgewater Residences
  4. Best New Kitchen in a Mid/High Rise – Bridgewater Residences
  5. Best Other Renovation – NHDG Head Office
