These past months have seen significant progress made on construction at Bridgewater Residences.
Purchasers of suites up to the 14th floor have received the keys to their new condos and have been welcomed home to Bridgewater! Occupancy dates for suites on the 15th floor are scheduled to begin in September.
Original artwork from local artists of The Art of Bridgewater have been displayed throughout the completed corridors in Building A.
The Pearle Hotel has begun scheduling private events to the new space, as part of their soft grand opening.
Kitchen installations, countertops and trimwork were completed on the 16th floor and finishing touches are underway.
On the 17th floor, painting is in progress. Flooring installation was completed on the 18th floor, with interior door installation and trimwork scheduled to begin shortly. On the 19th floor, tile continues to progress.
Penthouses throughout floors 20 to 22 are progressing beautifully, with each in different phases of construction based on the finishes they have selected.
