The furniture for the lobbies of both Building A and Building B have been positioned and the custom cabinetry, concierge desks and mailroom millwork have been completed. Finishing touches including blinds, artwork and décor accessories are now in place.
Residents of suites up to the seventh floor have occupied their suites and occupancies on the eighth floor will begin in early March!
Kitchens are being installed on the ninth floor, with trimwork in progress on the 10th floor. Flooring installation is underway on the 11th floor, while tile installation is progressing throughout the 12th floor.
Wall priming is in progress on the 13th floor, while the 14th floor is in the taping phase and the 15th floor is in the drywall phase. Rough-ins are underway on the 16th and 17th floors and have just started on the 18th floor. Insulation is ongoing on the 19th floor and framing is in progress in the 20th floor.
