The team at New Horizon Development Group officially broke ground at Bridgewater Residences. President Jeff Paikin and Vice President Joe Giacomodonato dug their silver shovel into the ground at the waterfront site on the morning of Wednesday March 16.

The ceremony took place at the Bridgewater Residences site where the award-winning Presentation Centre formerly resided. To further commemorate the occasion, Burlington Mayor Rick Goldring was present, sharing his enthusiasm and speaking about the major investment in the waterfront redevelopment.

Construction has now begun on the elegant lakefront community and is set to rise on the shores of Lake Ontario on the corner of Elizabeth Street and Lakeshore Road in Burlington. Our company celebrates a new milestone as the project now stands at over 70 per cent sold.

“This is an exciting day not only for our Bridgewater team but for all of Burlington”, Jeff Paikin says. “The City of Burlington has earmarked Bridgewater as the City’s “landmark” development for a reason as it will change the shape and scope of the Burlington Waterfront forever.  Our team is particularly proud to be associated with this exciting endeavour.”

New Horizon is currently working on renovating a new Presentation Centre at 440 Elizabeth Street – a new home for the Bridgewater sales team.

With a handsome variety of suites still available, most with spectacular waterfront views, it is not too late to determine that Bridgewater Residences is the place you should call home.
