New Horizon’s first condo building, Westwood 1 at 396 Plains Road in Aldershot, comprised of 49 suites with modern and spacious convenient living in mind. Westwood 1 earned New Horizon their first recognition award for a condominium building – the HHHBA’s Best Condominium Apartment 1,200 sq. ft. and over for “The Westwood”. A couple years later and just down the street, New Horizon partnered with the Region of Halton to bring the same style of convenient living to individuals requiring affordable rental housing.
