The warmer spring weather brought the perfect temperature to start excavation and foundation pouring, which was officially completed for all townhome blocks in August.
Since then, framing of the walls and roofs has been moving along. Framing is progressing through the third floor of Block A and the second floor of Block C, with roof trusses being installed in Block B. Framing is now complete in Block D, where the installation of roof shingles is scheduled to begin shortly.
Hydro for the community is now being installed, getting ready to welcome the first residents to Peachy next year!
