In 2019, New Horizon Development Group partnered with the Burlington Fine Arts Association and The Art Gallery of Burlington to give local artists the opportunity to submit their pieces for a chance to be featured within the City-described landmark development. Almost 100 pieces were submitted for consideration with 32 pieces ultimately selected to contribute to the décor of Bridgewater Residences.

Bridgewater Residences on the Lake will forever share a special connection with the community by featuring local artists’ works throughout its walls.
Having both been residents of Burlington themselves, New Horizon co-founders Jeff Paikin and Joe Giacomodonato are passionate about giving back and supporting local initiatives. Creating this unparalleled landmark development in conjunction with their neighbours is essential to them.
A diverse portfolio and a passion for design and attention to detail are traits New Horizon is known for, and these characteristics are echoed by the artists we are proud to share at Bridgewater.
