Construction is continuing to move along at Trend Living!
In Phase 1, concrete pouring is complete, showcasing the true height of both the 12-storey and 5-storey portions of the building. Window installation is also well underway, where windows are currently being positioned on the lower floors of the building.
In Phase 2, concrete pouring is currently progressing on the fourth floor of the 12-storey portion and the third floor of the 5-storey portion.
Phase 3 suites became available to purchase this past March and since then, we’ve welcomed many new Trendsetters as the future residents of beautiful Waterdown! With this in mind, the commencement of underground footing installation in Phase 3 is a welcomed update.
